This mission will not become active until after the Tagging Up The Turf main mission. This mission introduces the concept of tagging, how to do it, and what tag opportunities look like. After completing the mission, you are turned loose to wreak havoc on the facades of buildings across Los Santos. There is a catch, however.
Before you start tagging, you must get your hands on a Spray Can. Spray Cans have 500 “ammo” so they will eventually run out and have to be replaced. Luckily, Spray Cans have a few spawn points around the map, so you can stay stocked on paint. Spray Cans appear in the following locations:
Once you have a Spray Can, you can start tagging. Below is a list of every tag location. The table of contents of this article breaks the locations down by County in Los Santos.
Though this guide will give you the locations for all the tags in the city, it is still good to know what to keep an eye out for. Other gangs have encroached on your territory, and you are seeking out their tags to paint over them. Rival tags come in a variety of colors including brown, purple, pink, and brown.
In order to differentiate tags from normal graffiti, you are looking for monochrome spray paint that declares the name of a rival faction. Keep in mind that all tag locations are isolated to the Los Santos area of the map, or the southeasternmost city on the map. You do not have to travel all over the map for tags.
